These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PlumeLark (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PlumeLark helps Etsy sellers turn their product listings into Pinterest-ready pins, SEO copy and board suggestions, and to schedule and publish them. Features and limits depend on your plan and may change over time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account, including keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans, billing & cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor (Stripe).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial periods or unused features.
  • We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful purposes;
  • upload content you do not have the rights to use;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service or its APIs;
  • violate the terms of connected platforms (Etsy, Pinterest) or any applicable law.

5. Third-party services

The Service connects to third parties such as Etsy and Pinterest and uses providers such as OpenAI and Stripe. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. PlumeLark is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy or Pinterest; those names are trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of the product information and images you provide, and of the pins and copy generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. to process your listings and generate and publish pins on your behalf). The PlumeLark software, brand and design remain our property.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific level of traffic, rankings, sales or results. Pinterest and Etsy control their own platforms and may change their rules at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlumeLark will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/region], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
